Shipping policy

SGF Unlimited LLC creates personalized and made-to-order products. Please review the processing and shipping information below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for processing before shipment or local pickup.

Processing begins after:

  • Full payment has been received
  • All required personalization details have been submitted
  • Any requested design information has been confirmed

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is separate from processing time.

After your order has been completed and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery time depends on the destination, shipping method, weather, carrier operations, and other circumstances outside the control of SGF Unlimited LLC.

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping-confirmation email will be sent after the order has been packaged and prepared for shipment.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and making arrangements to receive their packages.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

SGF Unlimited LLC is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delayed or returned packages caused by missing address information
  • Additional postage required to reship an order
  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay an additional shipping charge before it is mailed again.

Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup must wait until they receive notification that their order is ready.

Please do not arrive before receiving the ready-for-pickup notification. Pickup instructions will be provided after the order has been completed.

Event Dates

Customers should place orders early enough to allow for processing and shipping.

SGF Unlimited LLC does not guarantee that an order will arrive before a concert, trip, celebration, or other event unless a separate rush agreement has been approved in writing.

Shipping Rate

Standard shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout.
